The Beach House is one of the town’s original wood and corrugated iron homes, which were shipped from Europe before being bricked and plastered on the exterior. The original character of the interior has been carefully preserved, allowing guests to experience a genuine piece of Port Nolloth’s history while enjoying comfortable modern accommodation.

One of the property’s greatest attractions is its unique position and wrap-around veranda, which provides spectacular 180-degree panoramic views across the harbour and beaches. Guests can watch fishing and diamond boats entering and leaving the harbour while enjoying the relaxed atmosphere of this coastal destination. The West Coast setting also provides beautiful sunsets, with the surrounding ocean offering opportunities to spot whales and dolphins.

The Beach House consists of two separate accommodation units, The House and The Cottage, both offering full DStv and Wi-Fi.

The House

The spacious House combines modern and antique furnishings with three comfortable bedrooms. The main bedroom features a king-size bed and an en-suite slipper bath and shower, both with sea views. The second bedroom is a family room with a double bed and two triple bunk beds, while the third spacious bedroom has a double bed. The latter two rooms share a bathroom with a double shower and toilet.

A large, fully equipped kitchen includes filtered water, a gas stove and electric oven, microwave, and dining table seating eight. The separate scullery features a washing machine, dishwasher and double-door fridge-freezer. The comfortable lounge enjoys beautiful sea views, while the dining room seats twelve. Outside, the wrap-around veranda and built-in braai area provide the perfect setting for relaxing and enjoying the spectacular coastal surroundings.

The Cottage

The Cottage provides a more intimate accommodation option with an en-suite bedroom overlooking the garden and furnished with a double bed. The bathroom features dual showers and a separate toilet, while an additional outdoor bathroom is available in the courtyard.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a built-in braai, two-plate stove and oven, washing machine, dishwasher, tumble dryer and fridge-freezer. The dining table seats four guests. The spacious lounge features comfortable seating, with the couch convertible into a king-size bed or two single beds. Double doors open onto a private garden, and a garage is also available.
